Frank Giustra, Chairman, Director & Founder
Frank Giustra is an exclusive advisor to Endeavour Financial and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fiore Financial brings invaluable global investment experience and relationships to Endeavour.
As President and later Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yorkton Securities in the 90s, he spearheaded equity investments of more than $3 billion in the international resource sector.
Subsequently, Mr. Giustra founded Lions Gate Entertainment, now one of the world’s largest independent film companies. Recognizing the growing need for merchant banking services in the mining and minerals industries, Mr. Giustra joined Endeavour Financial as Chairman in 2001 and his vision and leadership led to the successful launch of numerous resource companies, including Wheaton River Minerals which was acquired by Goldcorp.
Mr. Giustra is a member of the board of trustees of the William J. Clinton Foundation and International Crisis Group and is a director of the Radcliffe Foundation.
In June 2007, Frank Giustra and Former President Bill Clinton launched the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative (CGSGI). The CGSGI will focus on alleviating poverty in the developing world in partnership with the global mining community.
David J. Foley, Director
David Foley holds multiple degrees, including an MBA. He is the Managing Partner of Foley, Broderick LLP, a Canadian-based chartered accountancy firm practising in the area of taxation and financial advisory. Mr. Foley is also the Chairman of one of Canada’s larger privately-held companies invested in private equities. He plays an active role in domestic and foreign charities, and in private foundations.”
Bruce Lindsey, Director
Bruce R. Lindsey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the William J. Clinton Foundation and splits his time between the Foundation’s New York and Little Rock offices. He has been a long-time advisor to President Bill Clinton. During the eight years of the Clinton Administration, he served as an Assistant to the President, Deputy White House Counsel, and Senior Advisor. During 1993, Mr. Lindsey was also Director of the Office of Presidential Personnel where he supervised the selection and approval of political appointees in the Cabinet departments and to Presidential boards and commissions. In the White House Counsel’s Office, Mr. Lindsey handled judicial selection issues, clemency requests, and investigative matters. During the 1992 Presidential campaign, he served as the National Campaign Director. In his various positions, Mr. Lindsey has been described as the Administrations “master strategist” on a variety of high profile issues, including tobacco settlement negotiations, product liability reform, security law reform, international aviation issues and labor law issues.
Christy Louth, Executive Director
Christy Louth serves as the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative (Canada)’s [CGSGI] Executive Director. As Executive Director she leads the charity’s efforts to promote and develop long-term poverty reduction strategies in the developing world. She sets strategic priorities, monitors results, and facilitates relationships with key partners. Ms. Louth works closely with the charity’s agents (foremost being the William J. Clinton Foundation), who then carry out development initiatives in countries such as Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and Haiti. She is also responsible for building partnerships with donors and corporate entities. She works with companies, including Pacific Rubiales Energy, Newmont Mining Corporation, and Deloitte & Touche LLP, who are seeking to make a positive impact in those countries where they and CGSGI operate. She also works with donors and foundations, such as Fundación Carlos Slim. In addition to her role as Executive Director, Ms. Louth serves on the Board of a Colombian Investment Fund and advises for several grassroots charities.
Prior to working with CGSGI, Ms. Louth held progressively senior roles in Corporate Finance at Endeavour Financial. She holds a BHK from the University of British Columbia, a MBA from Queen’s University and has her EMBA from Cornell University.
Eric S. Nonacs, Director & President
Eric S. Nonacs is the Vice President for Alliances and Partnerships at the Skoll Global Threats Fund. Until recently, Eric served as the Managing Director for Global Affairs at Endeavour Financial, a merchant bank based in Vancouver, Canada, and as the Founding President of CGSGI (Canada). Concurrently, he served as a Senior Advisor to the William J. Clinton Foundation. From June 2002 until August 2007, he was the Foreign Policy Advisor to President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation. During his career, Eric has developed and implemented a broad array of programs on topics including sustainable economic and social development, conflict resolution, and reconciliation worldwide. Eric holds an AB from the University of Chicago, an MA from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from New York University. Eric is also a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
